Wear Sleeves form a very important part of most lashing systems. Installed as a sacrificial item they both reduce your long term investment in lashing systems and should be regarded as a health and safety related item. They not only save your lashing systems from being destroyed on sharp edges but drastically reduce the chances of an unexpected breakage due to cutting and severing. We make and stock various types of wear sleeves ranging from the simple tubular webbing through heavy duty double thickness webbing right up to Polyurethane coated Kevlar webbing. The polyurethane coated sleeves are used by extensively by some of the largest steel carriers in Europe and prove a very cost effective solution to the lashing of sharp steel.
